Before starting training with Moustafa, I was struggling with excess weight, high cholesterol, fatty liver, elevated blood sugar (7.5 mmol/L), persistent neck and back pain, and low energy levels. My diabetes was poorly controlled, and my doctor was considering increasing my medication dosage. In just two months, I lost 10kg, reduced my blood sugar to 5.3 mmol/L, improved my cholesterol and fatty liver condition, eliminated my neck and back pain. As a result, my doctor now considers my condition low risk and has reduced the frequency of my medical follow-up appointments. Main Problem: I had my hip injured 4 years back during one of my hikes to Gunung Nuang. Not understanding the severity of the injury, i continued my marathons, and other outdoor sports without proper time to heal. My injury worsened when i couldnt drive for more then an hour or jog more then 1 km without having knee pain. My pain began to spread from my hip, to my glutes and to my lower back. After going for MRI, it was found my L4 and L5 has shifted a little outside and touching my nerves and i was advised to stop all my sports and to undergo physiotherapy session. Went to multiple physio rehab centres and was classified as chronic injury by the physiotherapist. Healing was too slow and does not seem to have any effect due to my chronic condition. Was very demotivated to an extend it took a toll on my mental and physical health. I have consulted spine ortho specialist as well multiple rehab centres without any solutions. There are days i couldnt sleep due to my hip ache which comes at night. At times i would just pray to The Lord to just show me a path to heal my condition. Solution: 1 year ago, while i was doing my home physio in my apartment gym i met Mustafa who also happened to stay at the same block. He approached me and advised me on a few exercises that may show better results. I was skeptical as first as I have already consulted multiple ortho specialists and even one of the best rehabs in Malaysia. But i was also at a stage of i got nothing more to lose even if did try his methods. Hence i tried. My healing process was faster then the rehabs i have visited. Having full faith in Mustafa, i decided to trust his methods and follow his guidance. 4 months with him, 90% of my 4 years of agonizing pain has healed and not only am i regaining my stamina but my muscle strength has exponentially increased. I am able to go for long drives more then 6 hours without any back pain. I am also able to slowly increase my jogging distance without any knee or back pain. It has been some time since i had my leg aches in the middle of nights. He has not only thought me how to overcome my problems, but to handle them with utmost patience with the right technic. His golden advice ''It is not how much you can lift, but how perfect your form is''. Over time i begin to realize he is the answer to my prayers and i am grateful to have met him. Overall Experience: He is calm and patience explaining each exercises and what it does for my healing. His in depth knowledge about sports injury and rehabilitation is commendable and it is always shown in results. His dedication and caring nature makes me motivated to push myself to be consistent and to stick to his regime and method. Now i am on my way to get back on my Brooks and hit it on my marathons. 1 year ago i was told it is not possible by my specialist, but this guy proved it possible. Overall he knows his stuff and most importantly... A GOOD MAN!

Mula-mula agak skeptikal sebab dah cuba macam-macam cara untuk recover dari slip disc. Dari 2012 lagi kena slip disc. Lepas tu fikir, tak salah mencuba dan berikhtiar, kemudian mula training dengan mustafa, dia ajar perkara yang tidak dapat belajar dari youtube. Memang ada perkara yang kita tak dapat belajar dari youtube, dan mustafa adalah seorang pakar dalam bidangnya. Setiap apa yang dipelajari dapat diamalkan sepanjang hidup! My name is Keith and I am a professional badminton player that competes internationally and I was lucky enough to work with Moustafa. I was mainly struggling with knee and hip pain. Furthermore, I was trying to improve my physical fitness to prepare for upcoming tournaments. After training with Moustafa, I managed to get rid of all my injuries while still being able to train at a high level, which allowed me to increase my sporting performance. Moustapha is a blessing to have as a personal trainer. Having had knee pain for several years now i never thought that a personal trainer can be so much help not only in the re-habilitation of my knee but the exercise and workout he introduced with specific detailed observations and instruction was life changing. To top it up, my nutrition intake was also catered for and hopefully i can also lose weight along the way. Why I do this differently

I've spent over 12 years training people in Kuala Lumpur, and the people who reach me are usually the ones nothing else worked for. We start with a full movement and strength assessment. I find exactly where your body lost the capacity to carry load, and you leave knowing precisely what's wrong and what the rebuild looks like, your own map. (This is a paid first session, credited toward your program if you continue, because a real diagnosis is worth your time and mine.)

Step 2

The Rebuild

We rebuild strength in those exact weak points, progressively, safely, never pushed before your body is ready. Two sessions a week, built entirely around you and your life. We track your numbers from day one: strength, movement, range of motion.

Step 3

Graduation

When your numbers are rebuilt and the structure can handle your life again, you graduate. You keep the system for life. No endless maintenance, no monthly dependency, that's the whole point.
